It's recently been reported there's been a massive increase in people seeking legal advice in relation to both separation and divorce, but navigating the ending of a marriage can be stressful, lonely and scary.

Melanie Murphy is Ireland's first divorce coach. Having trained as a life coach, and having her own experience of divorce, Melanie aims to help others navigate the process from making the decision to dealing with the courts and even telling the children.

Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Melanie shared some of her tips including how to approach the subject with your partner.
