When the country went into lockdown, teacher Susan Mannion wanted to take something up that would bring some good into her day. After seeing the role of a volunteer driver with the Irish Cancer Society advertised, Susan got involved and could never have imagined the incredible experience she has had.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Susan explained the role that a volunteer driver plays in the life of someone undergoing cancer treatment and how the money raised during events like Wear to Care help.
