Untouchable: The Rise and Fall of Harvey Weinstein
On October 10th, 2017, The New Yorker magazine published an article titled, From Aggressive Overtures to Sexual Assault: Harvey Weinstein’s Accusers Tell Their Stories - a publication that would change the face of the entertainment industry forever.
During the course of a ten-month investigation, thirteen women interviewed shared harrowing accounts saying that, between the 1990's and 2015, Weinstein sexually harassed or assaulted them.
Days later, the #MeToo hashtag went viral across social media in what was only the tip of the sexual assault iceberg.
This Sunday, September 1st @9pm, BBC2 will air their feature-length documentary which they describe as:
'A modern parable for our times and future generations - the inside story of the spectacular rise and fall of movie titan Harvey Weinstein, revealing how he acquired and deployed his power over decades'
