Now it's normally Dermot and Dave producer Maria Devereux who brings us our TV guide for the week, but with her and the two D's having a well deserved day off, Eimear Shannon enlightens Baz Ashmawy and the nation.

The Great British Bake Off: Final - Tonight (Tuesday) @8pm on Channel 4
Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig host the final of the culinary competition. As family and friends gather on the lawn outside, the last three bakers enter the tent to prepare a chocolate cake as their signature bake. For the technical challenge, they must master that most delicate of dishes, the souffle, and finally for their showstopper, they must create an edible illusion using only cake, sweet bread and biscuits:

In 1970s LA, struggling comedian Rudy Ray Moore (Eddie Murphy) hits it big with his raunchy alter ego, Dolemite, then risks it all to take his act to the big screen:
Modern Love - Amazon Prime
TV series based on the New York Times' column that explores relationships, love and the human connection:
