We all know someone who is very draining
Being positive 100% of the time isn't realistic, we all have our off days, but there are those out there who have the knack of finding a problem for every solution and this can be very taxing for the people around them.
Dermot and Dave recently received this message:
"Hey lads. I love my friend to bits but he's so negative. He seems to always be giving out about something going on in the news or in his life. I really like spending time with him but he never stops moaning. Every time we hang out I end up feeling really drained and physically exhausted. He never stops giving out about people and and I feel like I'm on the defensive on their behalf all the time."
Clinical hypnotherapist and best-selling author of The Positive Habit, Fiona Brennan was at hand to offer her advice on the issue.
If that person is judging others...they are judging themselves much more
Fiona teaches us the 'Happy Hula Hoop' technique, explains why energy management and mental space are so important and reveals why negative people gravitate to their opposites.
