Introducing the 'Defender of Etiquette'
Grant Harrold is Britain's official etiquette expert, earning the title after serving as Prince Charles' butler for 7 years (2004-2011).
He is still known as 'The Royal Butler' and runs his own private business within the industry, where he teaches budding butlers how to provide an impeccable service
After the birth of little Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor last week, Dermot and Dave wanted to get some insight into the life he has ahead of him - so who better to fill us in than Grant?
Mr Harrold admits that it takes quite a while to get used to the surroundings, examines some of the traditions that have evolved over the years and praises the Royals for their kind-heartedness;
They won't ask you to do anything they're not prepared to do themselves
He also reveals what it takes to be a model modern butler.
Just think of him as Batman's 'Alfred', The Fresh Prince's 'Geoffrey' and Lady Penelope's 'Parker' all rolled into one.
