When Niall 'Bressie' Breslin was planning turning 40, we're sure he didn't imagine in his wildest dreams that he'd be celebrating it on the eve of the country going back into a Level 5 lockdown.
But, The Blizzards front man will be marking the milestone with his family, and pets and celebrating the release of his third children's book.
Not just an accomplished singer/songwriter, Bressie is also fully trained in mindfulness, with a masters in the subject, and he's been focusing on helping children to understand trickier emotions like fear, anxiety and anger.
His new book 'The Chill Skill' tackles the often hard to control emotion that is anger. In the book, 'Sam' gets a funny feeling in her stomach when she doesn't get to play with her Mam's phone as much as she wants. 'The Chill Skill' teaches children how to understand it, and how to use it to support you.
Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Niall explained how we could all do with using 'The Chill Skill' in our day to day lives.
