Now he's Green in 15
With millions of followers across his social media channels, multiple best-selling books and an image you wouldn't forget in a hurry, Joe Wicks has taken the world of fitness by storm.
And now, he has set those ripped, puppy dog eyes on this side of the Irish Sea.
For the most recent leg of his Body Coach Schools programme, Joe is doing a nationwide tour of our island visiting 9 schools in 3 days, where he will exercise over 8,000 pupils.
It kicks off with a short warm-up followed by a high intensity group workout and he finishes off with a fun Q&A with the kids and teachers.

Speaking on Dermot and Dave Wicks tells us about the concept that originated from an idea he had on YouTube, "I really wanna inspire kids into thinking about fitness as a powerful way of controlling how you feel, giving you energy and making you feel happier".
With the ambition of becoming a PE teacher, before his empire took off, the 32-year-old is honoured to be able to travel and coach young people and is affirm believer that parents have their role to play in all this, "the more you do it (train) around them, the more they'll wanna take part".
Joe also chats about 'Wean in 15', his baby food bible for modern parents and explains why treats are important for a balanced diet.
