Packing schoolbags, making the packed lunch and putting the scratchy uniform back on, no matter what your age, there's no doubt that you remember that 'end of summer' feeling.
For lots of children, it's very exciting to go back to school or to start school because it means a chance to see their friends and go back into the yard.
But for some, the thoughts of going to school can be incredibly stressful whether that's being apart from parents, or worrying about interacting with schoolmates every day.
And of course, this has absolutely been amplified by Covid-19, meaning that children have been out of the classroom for around 6 months and surrounded by their family all day.
To help alleviate some of the back to school stress, Mind Yourself Now with Dermot and Dave caught up with Aoife Lee from Parent Support.
Aoife had some top tips on everything from dealing with the first day wobbles to talking to your children about getting back after lockdown and of course, how to get your kids back into a routine that doesn't involve going to bed at 10pm.
