Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has said that he is 'shocked and disgusted' after leaked footage revealed a group of male government staffers involved in lewd acts.
The videos and photos were released to Aussie media by a whistle-blower known only as 'Tom' and appeared to show one member of staff performing a sex act on the desk of a female lawmaker. There's also been reports of a culture of sharing explicit photos, using the building's prayer room for sex and even bringing sex workers into the offices of MPs.
It has been reported that one staff member has already been fired and the Prime Minister has called the behaviour 'disgusting' and 'sickening'.
The reports have put pressure on the Australian parliament who have already faced claims of bullying, harassments and rape.
Matthew Hepworth, news director with Mix 104.9 Radio Darwin, explained to Dermot and Dave about the allegations and what the reaction has been in Australia.
