Make it stop!
We all know somebody (or many) who uses certain words and phrases that wreck our buzz. I see you smirking - you know what I'm talking about. You're thinking of someone right now. We're all guilty of it sure.
I'm still strongly opposed to people who overuse "basically" and "literally" in their sentences. It does my head in. Figuratively. Ohh, and another one I cannot stand is...
Dermot and Dave listener Adam got in touch with the show about a couple of expressions that grind his gears;
'a hundred percent' and 'to be fair' are after creeping into people's vocabularies and my God it's so annoying
