He's the second highest scorer in Dublin football and with six All-Ireland's and seven Leinster titles under his belt, Dean Rock is missing GAA as much as the rest of us.
But that's not to say he's not keeping busy and this morning the Dublin forward joined Dermot and Dave to explain why he's using his free time to help Stewart's Care, a charity supporting 1000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
Dean also spoke about how he's making sure that the precision kicking that he's known for hasn't been impacted by the lack of game time, and gave his own take on when he'd like to see a return to playing.
