A woman in her 70s has died after being hit by a car in Meath.
It happened in a housing estate in Navan at lunchtime yesterday.
Gardaí attended the Kilcarn Court area of Navan, at about 13.30 yesterday afternoon.
The pedestrian, aged in her 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No one else was injured in the incident.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
They're particularly keen to see any dashcam footage from the Kilcarn Court area between 13.00 and 13.45 yesterday afternoon.
