One of the country's best loved weather forecasters is retiring today after 42 years with Met Éireann.
She's retiring from the Irish Meteorological Service after 42 years, 30 of which were spent on our screens.
The veteran presenter will present her last weather forecast on RTÉ this evening.
She was appointed as Head of Forecasting with Met Éireann in 2018.
She became a household name with her weather forecasts on TV, and for her coverage of Storm Ophelia in 2017, Storm Emma and the Beast from the East in 2018.

Evelyn says she's ready for her next adventure.
"You can go on until 70, but I think I've had a good innings and it's time to go. We all have to retire sometime.
"It's been an incredible privilege and honor.
"I'm so glad I'm well, and as far as I know, I'm healthy.
"I'm ready for the next adventures, whatever they are".
