The Ulster Unionist Party has rejected the document put forward during the Haass talks as "not viable" and "unacceptable".
It follows a meeting of the party's executive last night to discuss the proposals on flags, parades and dealing with the past.
In a statment, the UUP says it's calling on the North's First and Deputy First Ministers - to sort out the "mess" - resulting from the process they started.
The North's largest Unionist party - the DUP - is yet to say whether or not it supports the Haass document.
