People arriving from the US, Canada, and France will now have to stay in a quarantine hotel for up to 2 weeks.
They're among 16 countries that were added to the list this morning.
However, people who're fully vaccinated could soon be exempt under measures being considered by government.
It comes as the booking system for hotel quarantine remains suspended due to a lack of available beds.
Meanwhile, the number of people arriving at Dublin Airport barely changed during the first full week of mandatory hotel quarantine.
Over 14,000 people arrived from Monday to Sunday last week - a slight increase on the week before
The number of non-resident arrivals went up by eight percent -- from over 8,500 to over 9,200.
