The Egyptian President is still insisting he will not resign as the widespread protests against his leadership continue across the country.
The ultimatum imposed on Mohamed Morsi by the country's military leaders will expire this afternoon.
President Morsi has been in power for just over a year, following the revolution that ousted Hosni Mubarak in 2012.
However a significant number of Egyptians are angry at the lack of progess in the country since his election, accusing him of pushing an Islamist agenda.
The military are ordering him to meet the demands of the people and resign in recognition of the public outcry.
