UNICEF say they've been "blown away" by the Irish response to its recent "Get a Vaccine, Give a Vaccine" campaign.
The Irish public raised over €2.5 million for the global initiative, which the charity described as "phenomenal".

This generosity will mean 1 million doses will go to some of the world's poorest countries, where people have little to no access to vaccines.
UNICEF Ireland Executive Director Peter Power says they've "never witnessed anything like it before".
"We all know that nobody is safe until everyone is safe, and that no child is safe, until everyone they rely on is safe," he said.
