UK Attorney General Geoffrey Cox has published his legal advice on the backstop.
It's after the latest agreements made between Theresa May and EU officials on her Brexit deal.
Geoffrey Cox says the legal risk of the UK remaining trapped in the backstop "remains unchanged".
Many MPs have been waiting to see the Attorney General's advice before deciding if they'll support her final terms in a vote later.
