Liverpool fans are once again being blamed for the delay to the Champions League final.
The French sports minister, who's meeting UEFA officials this morning, says large numbers turned up without valid tickets - and were responsible for the initial crowd control problems.
Tear gas was thrown at Liverpool fans at a fan park in Paris, after the team’s Champions League defeat.

The club and British officers dispute that, and insist supporters were there early.
Some supporters were tear-gassed and pepper sprayed by police in Paris.
The British government want an investigation with some people reporting being crushed.
Meanwhile, Liverpool's setting up a mechanism to allow fans to share their experiences.
