A man and a woman have been arrested after the Department of Foreign Affairs in Dublin was defaced this afternoon in a climate change protest.
Paint was thrown on the building and slogans were spray-painted on the walls as part of a campaign by Extinction Rebellion.
Footage of the incident was live-streamed on Facebook.
Gardai say they have arrested a man in his 20s and a woman in her late teens.
They've been detained for an act of criminal damage on St. Stephens Green.
The man and woman are now being questioned at Kevin Street garda station.
