Two men have been seriously injured after a row on a luas in Dublin.
It happened on a tram on the red line in the Docklands yesterday evening.
This row broke out between two men on the tram while it was on Mayor Street in the Docklands, at a quarter past 6 yesterday evening.
Both, who were in their late 20s were seriously injured during the assault and were taken to separate hospitals.
One's being taken to the Mater and the other's been brought to St. James's - both men are being treated for injuries which are described as serious but non-life threatening.
The scene was sealed off last night following the attack and the Luas Red Line was disrupted in the Docklands for a time but all services have returned to normal.
