A man and a teenage girl have been arrested on suspicion of murder as part of an investigation into a man's disappearance in Portlaoise.
56-year-old William Delaney went missing from the town on January 31st last..
Gardaí are currently carrying out searches for him in the Dunamaise area of Portlaoise.

Yesterday afternoon they arrested two people on suspicion of murder as part of that missing-person investigation.
The two - a man in his thirties and a teenage girl - are currently being detained at Tullamore and Portlaoise Garda Stations.
The search for Mr Delaney will continue tomorrow.
