Two people have been arrested as part of an investigation into the death of Limerick boy.
On Saturday March 13th, the 4 year old suffered head injuries at a house in Rathbane.
He was transferred to Temple Street Children's Hospital in Dublin for treatment, but died a few days later.
Earlier today, Gardai arrested a man in his 30s and a woman in her 20s.
They are being questioned at separate Garda stations in Limerick on suspicion of murder.
