Jozef Puska (32), of Lynally Grove, Tullamore in Co Offaly, was listed for trial today but a pre-trial hearing is needed before a jury can be selected.

The Central Criminal Court heard this morning there will be a requirement for a pre-trial hearing before a jury is selected.
Pre-trial hearings take place to avoid frequent disruptions during trial proceedings due to legal argument.
The case will be mentioned again this afternoon.
