Colm O'Sullivan and Paul Mc Loone are up for specialist music broadcasters of the year and specialist music programme of the year.
The Last Word and Premier League have been nominated for best sports programme, while Nathan Murphy is nominated as sports broadcaster of the year.
The station has also been nominated for its imaging, the Shave or Dye campaign, Gift Grub and the Eamon Lowe Ho Ho HO show.
Today FM was also shortlisted for its Ray Darcy Christy Moore music special.
Paula Mc Sweeney is in the best newcomer category.
