Three people were rescued and a further three led to safety after a fire broke out on Saturday in a high rise building in Tallaght, Dublin.
One of them has been taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
The blaze on the fifth floor of a building in Belgard Square is now under control.

Speaking to Newstalk, Mick Duff, an independent councillor for the area, praised the quick response from the emergency services:
“In one sense we had such an immediate response from the paramedics, the ambulance services and indeed the fire services and the Garda [were] on the scene so rapidly.
“And that does hearten you that we can get a very quick response but it’s also frightening.
“I think it’s every councillor’s worst nightmare.”
Eight units from Dublin Fire Brigade were brought out to deal with the blaze and an investigation is now underway to establish why it broke out.
