Two men are in a critical condition, and another is seriously hurt, after a road crash in Co. Kilkenny.
The two-car crash happened on the M9 at around 7.35pm on Thursday evening.
The driver and passenger of one car, both aged in their 30s, were rushed to Waterford Regional Hospital where they're being treated for critical injuries.
A man aged in his 20s, who was driving the other car, is in a serious condition.
The M9 was closed on Friday morning southbound between junctions 8 and 9, Kilkenny and Kilkenny south, while the scene is examined. Diversions were put in place.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward, and any driver who was on the road between 7pm and 8pm on Thursday, with video or dashcam footage is asked to make it available to investigating Gardaí.
