Three in four workers say they've experienced discrimination in some form at work.
That's a 54% increase from last year, according to the latest Workplace Equality Survey by Matrix Recruitment.
A new survey of 2,700 adults found 30% were the victim of ethnic discrimination, while 29% said they've experienced sexual harassment in Irish workplaces.
One in four said they had been stereotyped because of their gender.
Almost three-quarters of people say they've witnessed or have been the victim of bullying or harassment at work.
