Three former bank executives are to stand trial charged with fraud relating to 7.2 billion euro in transfers which were allegedly used to boost the books of Anglo Irish Bank.
Irish Life and PermanentÂ’s former chief Denis Casey and former finance director Peter Fitzpatrick, along with John Bowe of Anglo Irish Bank, are on bail after todayÂ’s District Court hearing.
