Outdoor concerts could be allowed in the Autumn if COVID-19 remains suppressed.
Leo Varadkar has said outdoor cultural events with a few thousand people could return as early as September.
While cinemas may be allowed to re-open in August with social distancing.
A ban on mass gatherings is in place until September.
Meanwhile, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar says "If things continue to go in the right direction, and if the virus stays suppressed, I think we could see some smaller outdoor mass gatherings in September."
"Maybe outdoor cultural events of a few thousand people".
He said these could be events of up to 5,000 people.
