A 20 year old man is to be charged this morning in connection with the death of Dale Creighton in Tallaght in Dublin in the early hours of New Years Day.
20 year old Mr Creigton died yesterday from injuries sustained in an assault at the pedestrian bridge on St Dominics Road at around 330am.
A 23 year old man and a 20 year old woman were yesterday charged with violent disorder following the attack.
In total gardai have made 8 arrests in connection with the investigation with his death. 4 people remain in custody.
