The British Prime Minister said she only wants a short delay to the UK's departure from the EU.
This morning the British Prime Minister formally asked for a Brexit extension.
Theresa May said she doesn't want to go beyond June 30th as that would mean electing new MEPs.
Europe is likely to grant the extension - but wants to know her plan for getting the withdrawal deal over the line.
Mrs May said she intends to have a third vote on the deal.
Mrs May heads to Brussels tomorrow for an EU Council summit in a bid to get approval for a Brexit extension
