Michael Oher, claims Leigh Anne and Sean Tuohy falsely represented themselves as his adoptive parents when they'd actually placed him under a conservatorship.
Court documents show he also wants to know how much money they made by using his name and story.
He wants the agreement terminated and compensation based on the millions earned by the family.
