Ireland is expected to be hotter than Ibiza this Friday with a mini heatwave on the way!
Temperatures are forecast to hit as high as 20 degrees on Friday with dry and sunny spells on the days leading up to the Easter weekend.
The Met Eireann website says 'Good Friday will be dry with sunny spells. It will be warm with light variable breezes and highest temperatures of 15 to 20 degrees.'
Forecaster Liz Gavin says it will be cooler along the coast, 'Friday we are looking at temperatures in the region of 16 to 20 degrees, but it will be a degree or two cooler along coasts. And then for Saturday again temperatures in the high teens'
