A teenage boy has been seriously injured following a crash in Cork.
Three others were also injured in the incident, which happened at Innishannon this afternoon.
At around 2pm, a truck and a car crashed at Dunkerreen Cross.
The driver and sole occupant of the truck, a man in his 50s, along with the three occupants of the car, two teenage boys and a woman in her 40s, have been taken to Cork University Hospital for treatment.
One of the boys is said to be in a serious condition.
The other teenage boy and the woman are said to have received non-life threatening injuries.
The road at the scene remains closed to facilitate an examination of the area and diversions are in place.
