Over €27.5 million in tax settlements were made with the Revenue Commissioners between July and September.
The latest Tax Defaulters list names 88 people, eight of whom paid over €1 million in taxes and penalties.
The largest settlement was made by retired company director John Joseph McCarthy formerly of Flower Lodge in Strawhall in Fermoy in Co Cork.
He paid over €6.2 million.
The Skeffington Arms Hotel in Eyre Square in Galway made the second largest settlement, amounting to more than €4 million.
Parnell GAA Club in Dublin also features on the list for a payment of over €100,000.
