Tara Mines To Reopen After Agreement At WRC
Tara Mines is to reopen after agreement at the Workplace Relations Commission.
SIPTU says it will be releasing more details after it has spoken to its members.
The parent company Boliden announced the temporary closure of the facility last June, and resulted in the temporary lay-off of 650 workers.
It said the decision was due to the high energy prices, and the low price of zinc.
