The Taoiseach's ruled out a re-run of the referendum to abolish the Seanad.
That's despite a report which says over half of people had trouble understanding the ballot paper.
A report by the Referendum Commission says 55 per cent of people were confused by the paper - and didn't know if a Yes vote meant abolishing the Seanad or saving it.
