The Taoiseach has again ruled out an independent inquiry into top-up payments in the health service.
Enda Kenny says the HSE doesn't need outside help to get to the bottom of the arrangements made by some health agencies.
His comments come as there are further calls for the former CEO of the Central Remedial Clinic to take questions from TDs tomorrow.
