The Taoiseach says he will meet the British Prime Minister next week to try and "get a deal" on Brexit.
Leo Varadkar says he's been in contact with Boris Johnson, and they hope to meet on the margins of the UN General Assembly Summit in New York.
They had their first face-to-face meeting last week in Dublin since Mr Johnson became British Prime Minister in July.
The Taoiseach revealed the news to a security guard who asked him about Boris Johnson at the National Ploughing Championships in Co. Carlow.
Leo Varadkar said, "I'm going to meet him now next week in New Tork, and we'll try to get a deal".
