Aer Lingus and IMPACT will today attend talks at the Labour Relations Commission in an effort to avert a strike by cabin crew.
Crew are in a dispute over rosters and the closure of their base at Shannon.
The airline had originally planned to expand the Shannon facility, but cited a refusal by staff to work new aircraft on transatlantic routes.
