Labour has seen its support rise by four points in the latest opinion poll.
The findings of The Sunday Times Behaviour & Attitudes survey will give some respite to party leader Eamon Gilmore, ending months of poor polling numbers.
Fine Gael drops two points to 25; Fianna Fáil is down three to 21, Sinn Féin is up two to eighteen and Labour is up four 11 per cent.
Sunday Times Political Editor Stephen O'Brien says Eamon Gilmore may have weathered the storm.
