Weather warnings for snow, ice and wind are in effect across the country this morning.
Snow has been reported on higher ground as a Status Yellow alert is in place, for Connacht, Leinster, Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal.
Two wind warnings are also in effect, with coastal areas the worst affected.
