Status Yellow Rainfall Warning Issued For 5 Counties

A Status Yellow Rainfall warning has been issued for 5 counties across Leinster and Munster.

Heavy rain is set to fall over Kilkenny, Wexford, Cork, Tipperary and Waterford from midnight tonight.

Met Eireann says the weather warning will remain in place until noon on Thursday.

There may be a risk of spot flooding in the counties, with up to 50 mm of rain expected to fall.
