The state agency responsible for helping Irish firms expand abroad says 2013 was its best year for a decade.
Enterprise Ireland says its clients created a net total of almost five-and-a-half thousand jobs in 2013.
That brings its total employment base to 175,000 - and the company says one in six workers are now in jobs it helped to create.
