Organisers of the St Patrick's Day Parade say its return will be an emotional moment for the population.
The five-day festival has not taken place since 2019 due Covid-19 restrictions.
A festival hub will be set up at the National Museum of Ireland, which will host activities from morning to night.
Interim Director of St Patrick's Festival is Anna McGowan.
"It'll be quite an emotional moment as well for everybody, because the timing of the cancellation of the 2020 festival is etched in everybody's mind.
"[The start of the pandemic] was right before the St Patrick's Day Festival, and two years later we're able to do it again is an incredible sign of how far we've come together."
