Six puppies have been rescued from an industrial estate in Lucan in County Dublin.
The dogs, along with their mother, had been living in a ditch.
Terrified mom & puppies living in a ditch.
The little family were surrounded by tick heavy brambles & fencing between an Industrial Estate and a busy main road in the Lucan area, Co Dublin. It took 3 days to catch the first 3 puppies. #animalrescue #dogsarefamily #dspca pic.twitter.com/ix4eu0WGHa

All six rescued pups have been treated for Parvovirus - which can be fatal in dogs.
We’ve been out several times to try & catch their mom but she is terrified of anyone approaching her. We’re working with the South Dublin County Council dog warden & the local people to help catch her. If you do recognise this dog please email info@dspca.ie Thank you 🐾 pic.twitter.com/gzCmGG3c7I

The DSPCA says the mother dog is still on the loose because she's terrified of humans.
