Six guns and drugs worth over €300,000 have been seized in Westmeath.
The cocaine and heroin were recovered from a home in Mullingar last night.
Over €300,000 of cocaine and heroin was seized by Gardaí in Mullingar last night following a lengthy surveillance operation targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the Midlands.

Further searches were carried out this morning which led to the discovery of the 6 guns.
The search operations were targeting people involved in the sale and supply of drugs in the midlands.
Two men in their late 20s and early 30s were arrested at the scene.
They are being questioned at Mullingar Garda Station.
