Opposition parties are calling on former Rehab CEO Frank Flannery to resign as a director of a state board.
Fianna Fáil and Sinn Féin say Mr Flannery shouldn't remain as a director of the Forum on Philanthropy and Fundraising, if he refuses to attend the Public Accounts Committee.
Meanwhile a minister with close ties to Mr Flannery has said he doesn't believe the Public Accounts Committee should seek compellability to force him to appear.
